Our Story

Baked in Tradition, Brewed with Heart

Artisan & Co. began in 2012 as a tiny neighborhood counter with a single espresso machine and a family bread recipe. Today, we're still rooted in that same philosophy: source honest ingredients, bake and brew in small batches, and welcome every guest like family.

Our bakers arrive before sunrise to hand-shape every croissant, and our baristas are trained to treat each cup as a small act of craft. Nothing is rushed — not the dough, not the roast, not the coffee you're about to enjoy.
